Launch these ad sets?
Meta is not connected yet.
This records the launch, moves these concepts to Launched, and queues a
complete brief for the launcher to pick up. Nothing is created in Ads
Manager until the launcher runs, and when it does it creates everything
paused, so nothing spends without you unpausing it.
